Music is to loud in the store on pleasant st. Sat at the register for 5 min before i was acknowledged.

Music is way too loud. If you want people to shop there, turn the music down. It’s illegal to be above 60 decibels within a retail store. I tested this store and it was over 120 decibels which can cause permanent ear damage if continued for more than 15 minutes

TERRIBLE Had a raffle won, we get there even before the store opens. The chick goes “we’re all sold out” BUT SHES WEARING THE SHOES THAT CAME OUT. She was rude, didn’t care about the customer, snobby, etc
