One of the oldest if not the oldest public housing development on the LES. It is located in the Eastern part of Greenwich village aka The Village. The heart of the mosaic of NYC. Essential workers, government officials, Artists, athletes, have come out of Jacob Riis Houses. And still are growing up there. Alas it is in desperate need of revitalization. From repairs to economic growth. It's now just a relic.

The F train goes to Delaney street or you can take the train to 14 st then take the bus and walk there
