We had a few bumps in the road while living here, but I can say it seems this place is turning around well. Denise in the office was so helpful while apartment shopping and took all of our needs into consideration! Cassandra, the new manager, has been great since the day she got here! They work well together and have been great to. Mike the maintenance guy helped us out with a few issues we had when first moving in. He was fast and kind. Excited to see this place continue to improve and grow!

STAY AWAY! This is the most unprofessional company on the planet!! Not only was the lease pricing far different than what we were told when we applied but the apartment was completely different than what we applied for. The office never ever answers their phone. I was sent a lease 8 hours before I was slated to get keys which mind you I DID NOT sign because it was ridiculous. Went there and told them we were not moving in because nothing is what we were told never signed a lease never picked up keys was told I was going to get my security deposit sit back in 2 weeks. Fast forward today and I get a letter in the mail that they kept half of my security deposit because I picked up keys which I NEVER did and they forged the date as to which my lease was suppose to start that I have plenty of proof of. See you in small claims court!

We were fraudulently induced into paying $400 as a reservation fee, which we were told would be refunded should we not move in. We have not heard from the property for 3 weeks, despite constant emailing and phone calls. They flat out stole our money, and now we have to get it back through the legal system. Outright bums.

This is due to a change in office management. Exceptionally unprofessional and do NOT treat residents with respect. If you ever have questions, good luck getting an answer. They are only nice when they need something from you.
Yes they do, however, I do not recommend moving here. I have been here for 7+ years and have seen things take a major turn for the worst... Since the change in office staff, this complex has taken a steep downturn in quality. For example, if you ever need something from the office they either do not answer the phone, e-mail or are not in the office.
No it’s not The neighbors can be as noisy as they want at anytime of day or night and they don’t do anything about it fair warning would be to stay away
Not sure about the 2 bedroom units as I have a one bedroom but I pay $1,295/month.
No, they do not. Rents are market based.
