*EDIT* Hot tubs is STILL not open. They advertise having a hot tub and it hasn't been open for over 2 years.... Rent goes up every year and yet we get less and less amenities back. What a joke. They advertise a hot tub as an amenity, it was closed three months prior to covid, still has not been opened back up.

Way to expensive. I live in building 19 and had nothing done to it as you watch every other building get new paint jobs and decks. Grass is never mowed, leaves are never raked up, bushes are overgrownuntil they finallyget trimmed in sept cause that makes sense. They clearly don't care. Water pressure is horrible. My sub floors are so bad there are literally holes in it that you fall into. Definitely not worth the money they charge. They say they have amenities but yet the indoor pool has been closed for over a year and the gyms a joke the 1 machine they have doesn't even work

We have been tenants for a little over two years. While this is an above average apartment community, there are definitely a few areas in which corporate and management can step up their game. For instance, the indoor pool spa/hot tub area has been closed for over 17 months. The hot tub was closed 3 months before COVID shut everything down. We pay for amenities that we don’t have, due to being closed. The dumpsters are always over flowing. Maintenance is great. Neighbors are hit or miss. Most are fine.

Mixed feelings. Lived here for two years, and experience was generally positive. Maintenance was helpful. Internet wasn't great, as others mention. But the reason I can give no higher than 3 stars came when we left. On moving out after closing on our house we were told our lease had another week or two left in it past our move out date, and therefore we owed a month's rent on our now empty apartment. This contradicted the info on the notice we'd gotten under our door, but with all of our belongings packed and that paper who knows where, there was nothing I could do. Of course they'd been informed of our move out date - they said they would have told us about the lease date, but they didn't get a chance due to COVID causing chaos. But of course, they didn't end up paying for that oversight - they settled for just keeping our security deposit. We'd worked hard to keep the place in good condition so we would get that back - as new homeowners, we very much needed the money. And that's without considering the stresses and challenges of the pandemic. But I guess I was foolish to think we'd get it back. They didn't seem to understand why I was so upset. This ending left a very poor taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend a place that took nearly $2,000 from me simply because they could, while advising us to just shrug it off because we just got a house - because it's not as if a couple that just closed on their first house would need every dollar they could save, right? If you decide to live here, document and keep copies of everything. Do not trust them to honor something without proof in hand. Honestly, that's good advice for any rental situation, though.

Yes my daughter lives there and if her pit was a pure bread she couldn't live there. Otherwise it seems to be a safe place. Just like any other, its not a huge apt but adequate. Parking for 2.
No and this place sucks to live
