Applied for a vacant apartment, met all the requirements but after 3 weeks of calling for an update, I gave up waiting. Always told the owner of the property was busy. Easy money for the application fees I suppose.

We’ve been here less than a week and love it. While moving in I ran into 3 or 4 different couples who all said to me “you’re going to love it here” and so far they are right. The apartment is: spacious, rent is reasonable, people are friendly, and management is friendly. We immediately felt at home and that’s a rarity when renting. UPDATE: 2021 and we are moving to our first house at the end of the month. Our 2 1/2 years living here was the best experience we could've asked for. The building is the busiest we've seen it since moving in during the fall of '18. Lots of younger faces and I'm 35! The office management and maintenance crew have been the best we've seen while renting at different apartments outside and inside the city since 2013. Shout out to Tiffany! She was always very helpful to us both. Thank you for providing quality service.

I have never personally lived here mainly because it is reserved for those of retirement age. However I have been inside numerous times, it has been renovated over the years a few times not exactly sure when the latest one was. So in closing if you are nearing retirement and you are looking for a place to spend your retirement years this may be the place for you

I have lived here since april and I love it. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. The apartments are big and the only carpets are in the bedrooms and I like that because I'm not a fan of carpets. Its nice having two bathrooms. Since covid the gym and pool have been closed. We are now in phase 3 and according to state law the pool can be opened. I have emailed the owner 3 times to see when the pool will open since no one in the office knows. And all my emails go unanswered. That is my only issue here is I would like to use the pool where i live instead of having to use a alternative pool.
