We have had a mailbox here for six years and have never had any issues. The owner is always very helpful and takes pride in excellent service. I understand how some people might think he’s grumpy but he is just serious. I’m from California so maybe my expectations are different. He has helped me out of a couple jams and I’m super grateful! Highly recommend this store. Someone at the UPS store on 15th and Fremont stole the contents out of our box. I trust this location 100%!
