After moving into the apartment complex I live in this company has gotten my packages stolen multiple times, because who ever is delivering packages clearly doesn’t care if they go to the correct apartment. It’s very frustrating to have to deal with this constantly happening. And of course the one time I can’t just get a replacement of what was sent to me, it gets delivered to the WRONG apartment even though it had the correct shipping address on it. I will never ship anything the light his company after my experience living in my apartment complex. Their customer service line is also a joke because it’s just an automatic system, so you can’t even talk to a real person.

The have very rude staff and horrible customer service. I biked there today to drop an Amazon Return package and realized I had forgotten my mask when I got there. I went to the door, explained I had forgotten my mask and asked if I could leave the package at the door without entering. The employee at the counter told me to exit the premises immediately (I was literally standing at the door). She was extremely rude about it. I understand state requirements but she could have told me the same thing politely. I then walked to the FedEx Office few blocks away and got a free mask at the door without any issues. Pity Amazon uses UPS for returns and nor FedEx... Maybe this UPS location can learn from FedEx and invest a few bucks on masks at the door for people who forget it, rather than have employees yell at them to leave.

UPDATE 9-15-21 They re-opened for business recently and appear to have regular business hours again. All that said, I am keeping my review at 1 star as recently, after their re-opening, I had a surprising and shocking interaction with who I believe is the store owner. Sadly, he provided abysmal customer service. He had a gruff, angry and unfriendly attitude. Perhaps it is because he cannot find employees and is being forced to work the counter which makes him bitter. It does appear from some other reviews that I'm not the only one who has encountered this man's wrath. I'm not sure and it serves no purpose to speculate. Whatever the reason for the bad attitude and poor treatment of the clientele, I would encourage this location to raise its pay scale and attract some talent to get behind the counter because as things stand, they are better keeping their doors closed than to have the owner cover open shifts and drive away customers. I haven't felt bad vibes like that in ages and this is without any cause or provocation on my part. Just a warning to others. ORIGINAL REVIEW 8-16-21 Ok UPS Store owners. If you are going to temporarily close for business and not update those hours online and indicate that, it creates a significant inconvenience for people who travel to your location for service. Please update your hours online so people know. At least as of 8-16-21...Warning to others they are not open for business. They have limited hours for mailbox holders only. They have no hours for any other business or package drop-off.
