Avoid at all cost. I picked up a load of Watermelons out of Newberry Florida. Was supposed to deliver to their Indian Hills Location. mid trip I get informed they now want it delivered to their Greensboro location. No problem only 100 miles added to the trip. Got here they couldn’t recognize the po and said they already had watermelons (Ronnie) and couldn’t verify with Indian hills that they wanted load redirected to here at Greensboro. Keep in mind I am here 1 hour before my appointment. About two hours later they call saying they figured it out and now I can go to door 44. I get in door 44 and get unloaded suppo. They send me the link to pay my lumper and I pay $65 for lumper fees. I get the green light and go to door 1 to get my paperwork. The guy was like they rejected it all they said watermelons too small. I thought he was joking by his tone and the laugh that accompanied it. I go back to truck and look at paperwork and see it with a signature and in quotes rejected 57 watermelons too small. Still in disbelief thinking this is a joke I pull forward to check. Sure enough all 57 cartons still up there, talked to another driver sho said this location is bad for this and he hates coming here and wouldn’t if he wasn’t a company driver. Not worth your time and the headache. Customers like this who refuse product just because they don’t want it or want to store it are the worst.

Doors around the 800 radar rd doors 923 you can't even. Get out if trucks are backed in next to you place is slow 🐌only plus side is onsite parking

They have really stepped there game up. U may have to wait awhile to get in the dock. From the time that I got the dock until I got out 2 hours. That's a lot better than my last experience here. Keep progressing ladies and gents!!

THIS PLACE IS UNORGANIZED MISMANAGED AND CAPSTONE IS SLOWER THEN EVER GETTING YOU UNLOADED WHEN YOU COME HERE HAVE FUEL TANK IN REEFER AND TRUCK YOU WILL BE HERE OVER 24 HOURS WAITING AND DONT SCHEDULE A BACKHAUL UNTIL EMPTIED BECAUSE THEY ARENT IN A HURRY TO GET YOU UNLOADED BUT IN A HURRY TO GET THE LUMPER FEE
