Honestly hate to make this review. However people should be aware of the service here. I got a radio installed and chose this place because they had stellar reviews. I paid a decent amount of money to have a radio installed that restarts when I hit a heavy bump on the road. And the technicians that installed my radio failed to plug my hazard lights for my car back in. When I called to ask if they would be willing to pay for me having to get my hazards fixed (which was fifty dollars). I got told by them that I could bring it to them to fix. Which I honestly would be worried to do anyways. After telling them that I couldn’t drive eleven hours (due to moving) to make it into their shop. They transferred me to a technician who told me that “it is not that hard to remove the panel and fix my hazards myself.) 1. I shouldn’t have to do that when I paid for a professional service. 2. I have no idea how to do that which Is why I looked for professionals to do the work in the first place. Honestly just disappointed in the lack of care on behalf of this company. Just another one of those take your money and don’t care about quality places. I attached a picture for proof, I just want people to be aware that despite their good reviews. This place is not professional at all.

Went in having a really hard day. My minivan’s factory stereo went out all of a sudden. Well… to say the least, I was bummed. I need music in my life! They did a fantastic job on installing my new car stereo. I was in & out in no time. Great pricing, very personal & friendly service. They have excellent customer attention & even fixed another issue with my key fob. Wow. Thank you Dino’s.

Dino and his crew are the best when it comes to customer service and knowledge of your audio needs. I have been into car audio over the years and Dino and his team delivers as promised. He has done 2 custom jobs and audio does EVERYTHING he said and more. Work quality is EXTREMELY professional and prices are fair.(consumer friendly). If you are looking for quality car audio, give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed!

I worked with Nate at Dino's Audio/Video on something with a "little thump" for my new F-150. He suggested the DD Audio LE-S06d 6.5" sub, and I couldn't be happier. I dropped off at 09:00, they called me 2 hours later to come and pick it up. Price was more than reasonable, the guys are super friendly and do high quality work!!!
