We, here at Exotic Motorsports, Greensboro, NC are extremely pleased with the customer service. Mr. Brooks the delivery gentleman was extremely polite and helpful. He helped us unload the equipment with little to no proper tools provided by the company. I am not sure how the company expects the driver to unload some of this equipment with just the pallet jack. Regardless of all that, Mr. Brooks took his time and showed utmost courtesy to help us out showing the highest level of customer service and patience that is not common these days, unfortunately. We will definitely recommend Old Dominion as a top choice for any freight needs.
