Great service. Came in with an urgent but small problem and was taken care of in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Cost way less than I feared it would.

My service advisor may have added a second service I may not have needed (an additional $119). Otherwise, I was treated politely and I appreciated the fact that the service facility could take care of my car when others were booked and sent me away.

It’s not pisgah Church so much as State response number. Hopeless. First call around 7:45 p.m. They never came after 2 calls, 15 minute holds, last promise was for 8:35.They called at 2:00 a.m. to ask if anyone showed. The problem was tail lights wouldn’t go off, hot to touch, just needed them to come disconnect, was afraid of fire. Lights went out when battery died. Pisgah Church has no customer shuttle, no tow truck. The tow was going to charge me $48.00 to tow across town, when I live 5 minutes from Pisgah. This is a scam by tow drivers, he told me I only have basic coverage. Has the tow mileage changed?

Initially came in for the free digital check which was performed and it advised me that my tires needed replacement, which I knew already. All other systems checked out ok which is what I was most interested in knowing because I had 2 big trips coming up. Mike Stephens, facility manager, told me about Michelin's customer satisfaction program because my tires wore out prematurely. By contacting Michelin they ended up refunding me 60% of the cost of new tires I bought. Thanks Mike.

Yes, appointments are highly suggested! Especially at the end of the month, they are busy with inspections
No cost to check the air in your tires. The low tire pressure light doesn't necessarily come on just with a change in temperature, it can also be just low on air. You should check your tire pressure, with a tire gauge, in the morning when the tires are cold.
AAA doesn't do it but there are a number of auto glass repair companies in Greensboro
Membership is nationwide, it follows the member not the vehicle
No idea, call the Nc dept of highways
