I go to this location a lot. They do a great job at cleaning my car inside and out. With 4 kids I get a lot of crumbs in my car. All of the employees are very nice.

I’ve always had really good service at this location, but today I don’t know what happened. I bought the $33 premium service, and the interior of my car didn’t look much different after they cleaned it. There are spots all over the inside of my windshield, and there is debris all over my carpets and in the doors. I could have done a better job myself with a hand vac. I’ll have to find a new location, this was disappointing.

Horrible car wash. The machine scratched and dented my car and the manager wouldn't take responsibility for the damage. And I paid for the most expensive car was and they didn't get all the dirt off the outside, didn't vacuum it correctly, didn't move the rugs to vacuum underneath, didn't clean the console or the cup holders out, didn't wipe the dash board or the inside the doors. I told them I wanted a refund and the manager told me no. They washed my car by hand and it took 10 minutes the first time and 40 minutes when they redid it because they did such a bad job. Horrible service and horrible manager for flat out telling me that they don't take responsibility for the dent and scratches that the wash machine did.

Blown away by their kindness! I pulled up realizing I had forgotten my wallet in another bag. Luke came up to my window and I explained and he said they can do it for free and not to worry! I explained that I wanted the top service, full detail and I offered to come back to pay, he checked with manager and they said not to worry about it. I am so inspired by their generosity, they acted like it was no big deal. Ima did an amazing job cleaning my car! I will never go anywhere else but this auto bell. They are thorough and quick!
