This is my second outstanding experience with Car Toys. 6 months ago, I put a new entertainment system into my truck . The staff was courteous, insightful, quick and thorough from evaluating product to installation. I developed a problem with my touch screen (a non installation problem; a manufacturer issue). I brought my truck in, not only did they replace the unit at no additional charge, we discussed issues I had with the original unit and found an cost equivalent product with the features I wanted and “upgraded “ my system at no additional charge. You just don’t get this kind of service at the big box stores. Professional service, support and installation at a fair competitive price… thank you Car Toys!

Wasn’t able to be serviced, not sure why. Was referred back to the Lewisville location where I purchased the equipment. Lewisville had previously referred me to McKinney because I work in McKinney and Lewisville couldn’t fix my equipment because Tech Support wasn’t open on weekends. McKinney assured me that Tech Support is open 7 days a week. When I called Lewisville they insisted that Tech Support is not open weekends but I should bring my car in Sunday and they’ll try to get it fixed. I’m not very comfortable with “try to get it fixed”.

Car window tinting is a process that is typically done on the outside of car windows. This is because the tinting film needs to be applied to the surface of the glass in order to adhere properly. However, some car detailers will apply the tinting film on the inside of car windows if requested. It is important to note that car window tinting films are not reversible, so if you have the film applied on the inside of your car windows, it cannot be moved to the outside at a later date. In addition, car window tinting films applied on the inside of car windows may not adhere as well or last as long as those applied on the outside.
