I just started with Amazon and they fired me after my first day of deliveries bc they didn’t think I was “fit” for the job. They claim to be an understanding place but then go and fire me just after a day? I hope they see this.

No there is not
No there is no direct line
They have ppl employed there called problem solvers they are the ones responsible for marking pkgs lost, damaged, or delayed they are supposed to fix it within 24hrs and have the pkgs inducted so they can be stowed and sent out for delivery so it sounds like the facility were your pkgs are coming from dont have problem solve ppl that are trained well
