Salesman was great - contract signed on 7/19. No one called to schedule, and when installation was scheduled, they no-showed. Another installation date given 2 weeks after contract signed. Installers showed up, spent 5 minutes and stated they could not do the job without me moving my pergola and they did not have equipment to get over my garage. Was told I could expect a call - never happened. I had to call the salesman. Customer service was terrible and went through a phone tree with no results. Finally install manager called to reschedule stating he needed his longer ladder, which he only had 2 of. I refused. I will go with another company. No one communicates and no one seems to be able to answer questions.

I had the filters installed this morning the tech was phenomenal. I then went on line to register for the warranty. Entering my last name and job number did not work. I have called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I have called back and am still on hold because "all of the agents are assisting other customers". Not a good way to start to my customer service relationship.

Gutter Covers and Protection. Everything went as promised and planned! The sales professional worked with me and around my budget, he was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Customer Service arranged the installers to come to my house the very next week. The installers arrived at my house as promised, were at my home for about 2 house and they did a fantastic job. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I have not had any issues since the install (beginning of November 2021) and I'm very satisfied with the results. I'm relieved that I won't have to ever clean my gutters (or send my husband up there to clean them). I would recommend Leaf Filter to friends and family.

Already worked with Charlotte contingent on two projects this year before working with this Greensboro based contingent last week. Highest marks on all the jobs. The installer for this most recent work went way out of his way to point out issues that needed addressing before he did the install. He didn't have to do that but he did the honorable thing and then he fixed what was wrong. Again, he was under no obligation to do that. Nevertheless he exercised his moral obligation to serve his company and the customer. Wow! When does that ever happen?
