The parking lot wasn't too crowded when I arrived midday. There was ample parking and the lot was clean. They have abandoned having employees manually clean the carts as they're brought back into the building, but do still provide self-serve sanitizing wipes. The store was clean with spacious isles. The selection of products was decent but still hit and miss maybe due to COVID, I'm not certain. The produce department was immaculate with an amazing number of fruits and vegetables, yes there were plenty of organic options to choose from. I loved the deli. From the fresh meats, to an enormous selection of cheeses, not to mention their warm food options and premade items. In my experience the staff seemed disengaged as at one point I was hunting a certain cheese, and clearly looked confused, but I was passed by by 2 employees who were oblivious to me. They were able to redeem themselves during my experience at checkout. There was virtually no wait. The gentleman, unfortunately I cannot recall his name, was super sweet and professional. He inquired about how I was, did I get everything that I needed (I had found my cheese), explained my VIP savings to me, and thanked me for coming in. Overall it was a good experience. I gave them 4 stars due to the employees lack of being proactive when it came to helping the customer. If they were to begin noticing the customers who look confused or lost and instead of waiting for someone to ask them for help, offering help, they would deserve 5 stars in my opinion.

Best customer service person as well. She is always so lovely! Thanks for creating such a pleasant shopping experience.
