First time at the park it was very nice just to spend sometime out there as my daughter had a great time throwing money in the fountain and running around in thr grassy part.

There's alot to do here for children and teens.. nice football field to play flag football or soccer, all the way to hide and seek

Great turnout for the 4th Annual VegFest. Nice variety of vendors and residents showed up. Unfortunately ALL trash cans throughout the park were running over with trash before the event began which is a shame, it encouraged participants to add litter to the ground. 👎🏿

Nice chill atmosphere with live music and good food. Expected more food trucks though. Otherwise, perfect afternoon on my day off.

We do still have Zumba, however it is on Wednesday. 5:00 to 6:30
It's awesome and relaxing and fun
No grilling allowed within city limits. If you're near the north side of town you could try Lake Brandt, Lake Norman, or Lake Townsend. They all have wonderful picnic/BBQ spaces with a view. Anywhere other than Northside, you can go to any of Duke electric's parks. They're all free and have BBQ grills.
Linda, not at center city park, but at lebauer park which is just across the street, there is a wonderful playground. Center City Park is more popular for the big open grassy place, where people like to run around and play ball.
I'm sorry your experiencing this. I hope and pray he comes home or you find him
Seating, yes, if available. No shelters
It is located closest to the North Davie Street entrance, and, between the 2 parks, (Center City and LeBauer).
