I received a letter in the mail from John Rose, Allstate Insurance in Charlotte, North Carolina. This letter had my name, physical address and a written quote coverage. This quote was very specific: Dwelling Structure Separate Structure Personal contents Personal liability Living expense Medical Total annual premium amount When I called the number listed on the letter and spoke to an agent, he stated they no longer do manufactured homes. So why then did I receive this letter/quotation. Very poor business practice.

Please cancel my rental policy, and update my car policies to my primary residence address seems like the only way to get office attention is the review on Google Does the basics of the insurance needs like opening and closing the policies... Not as easy as I was sed to get in touch with the agents, the emails take some time to reply to, the request on changing the mailing address and the addresses on the insurance cards take a while... Have multiple agents in n the office but anytime you call you need to wait for the call back. Have a feeling like everybody is part-time working in the office.
