Everyone here is so nice! I came in right at open hoping to print a return label, which I’ve never done before. They helped me super quickly even though they were busy and even offered to tape up and ship the parcel for me!! I didn’t know UPS could ship out USPS packages before and I’m really satisfied (:

I absolutely love UPS, I honestly believe they're the best domestic carrier hands down. That said, this store doesn't represent the brand well; Arrived near closing time 6pm with my neatly wrapped and properly labeled package. Walked in and immediately see two employees with faces barriered in their cell phone. I'm greeted promptly, then promptly told to take my package elsewhere. "House Policy" is all I'm told, twice. Not sure why a UPS Branded store would allow "House Policies". But I'll never use this location again. Customer service actually means something to me. Ended up having to go to a FedEx Store about a mile away...
