I have lived at The Vinings for over 2 years and love it. The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond just working here. They always have a great attitude when you talk to them. It's a community of young families to grandparents.

We've lived in both the deluxe 1-bed and the 2-bed apartments for 2.5 years now and we love it here at the Vinings! The community is clean, quiet, convenient, and pet friendly. Maintenance is quick, considerate, and thorough. The units are spacious, well-kept, and (mostly) up-to-date. We greatly appreciate the curtesy of the staff and the care they put into their jobs.

Currently renting 2 bed 2 bath. Appliances, windows, heating and cooling all sort of work. Well enough to be worth using, but not the best. Neighborhood is a mess. Nobody seems to clean up after their dog, so don't go into the grass. Management is friendly and easy to talk to, but is very ineffective at correcting our neighbors. They are noisy and very disrespectful, and for over two months have stressed out us and our dogs with their music playing most nights, and management has still not done anything to effectively stop them from ruining our evenings. We bought a house solely to get out of this apartment and be done with people like this. The location on the highway is convenient, but that is the only good thing about this apartment.

Currently renting a 2/2 Pros: rent, size, layout Cons: dated, electricity prices, appliances, water, and management obviously doesn’t take cleanliness into any account. I’ve lived here for almost a year. The layout and size of my apartment are fantastic but the appliances, windows and lighting are all very dated. They haven’t been updated since the 90’s and it shows. What I save in rent is spent on electric because it’s always freezing in my apartment! Electric is about $180 a month on average. The toilet is always getting rust rings because the water is so hard. When I moved in, the carpet had been shampooed but had to be replaced because the tenant prior to me was such a heavy smoker that the carpet was greasy with nicotine , and the blinds weren’t replaced so they’re all yellow still!! Instead of cleaning the apartment, they tried painting over the cigarette smell. It’s disgusting. From the outside, these are nice apartments. Unless you’re a polar bear, look for something updated. Update: If I could rate these places less than 1, I would! If anyone makes the mistake of renting here, look at the apartment before you move in. Also go down and look at the pool and how nasty it is, and fitness room?!? It’s a closet. Don’t forget to call duke for the average utility bill, it’s more than a 4 bedroom house. Save yourself the headache and go to brandy chase.
