My Father was a resident of over 11 years here. I was his occasional care giver. Throughout my Father's tenure here, the Apartment complex had experienced a lot of changes in Management. Around 3 years ago my Father was diagnosed with dementia and his health was declining rapidly. Around this time a new Manager had taken over the property. Brian was one of my Father's favorite people to talk about. The changes he made to the Property were very apparent. Trash was being disposed of properly, cars that were broken down were towed, buildings were being painted and the Laundry room received a much needed upgrade. They installed grab bars for my Father due to his handicap and my Father would talk about how helpful everyone was and they even personally walked to his Apartment to collect his rent and brought back his receipts. I wanted to leave a review about about how well my Father was treated and how much we will miss the environment my Fathered lived in. Thank you Daniel Courts for the experience.

The neighborhood is always picked up and maintenance issues taken care of quickly. Property manager definitely cares about the property and the tenants who live there. Great place to live!

My one year anniversary is in October and I immediately renewed my lease. The manager, Bryan, is very efficient and tenant minded. As a result, his leadership has created a positive and relaxing atmosphere! The same can be said about the members of his team, Ashley, Niki and Mike, who are a direct reflection of Bryan's management style.

I have been living in this community for over 8 years. At the beginning of those 8 years we had many different office managers, maintenance people were hard to get ahold of to get things fixed. In the last few months, things have improved drastically. There is always someone in the office. The property manager is very nice, efficient, and personable. The maintenance man is great too. When there is a problem he fixes it as soon as he can and the work looks great when he is done. He doesn't leave jobs half finished, unlike previous maintenance has. He is friendly and it seems as if everyone loves him. Thank you Elon for getting people in here who know what they are doing!
