I've been a tenant her for over 2 years and before the new management, it was a GREAT place. However, new management is money hungry, and doesn't believe in working with REAL people, with REAL problems. ' PAY YOUR MONEY, OR ELSE ' is what they're about. Like people don't get sick with COVID, or lose their job, OR have parents who want to visit whoms car may not be in perfect condition. Don't agree that we have to be on constant lookout to make sure FATH - ASPEN VILLAGE don't tow my MOTHER IN LAWS car for seeing her grandkids.

Communication with management is terrible; they rarely answer your calls and won't return your emails or voicemails. But they certainly are quick to leave poorly written notes at your door for dents or scratches on your car and empty pots on your porch for "looking bad". Despite decreasing quality of management and staffing less and less maintenance personnel, rent and water has gone up every single year. We still have problems in our apartment that we noted WHEN WE MOVED IN that haven't been fixed, but I guarentee they will charge us for when we leave. Most recently, large roaches have been spotted in our building! Our biggest complaint is the number of times we've had plumbing issues. We've had mold and ceiling caving in on us not once, not twice, but THREE times since moving here. You would think at least one of those times it would actually get fixed. Don't expect to "love the place you live" at any place in Aspen.

The management team all about appearances and no substance. They don't answer their phone or return calls. The maintenance team is very understaffed. Expect constant plumbing issues, roaches, frequent rent increases.

Good to know this place cares more about appearances over quality renters. The declined a future renter over the appearance of my car. I'm a full time employee who works 2 jobs, making almost $40,000 a year. Who was interested in one of their 2 bedroom apartments. But the turned me down because of the small dents and scratches I'm my vehicle. So if you have a car that isn't perfect don't even look twice at this place very disappointing. Based of the previous reviews it's a common complaint with the cars being nice and the neighbors being horrible. So appearances over quality. "Nice".
