My wife and I have lived here for over a few months. With this being our first apartment, it is hard to compare this to other experiences, but we have had a great experience with Deer Hill. The few issues we have had, were resolved timely and were miniscule issues. The complex has a pool, gym, and dog park (all of which are maintained and easy to access). The complex works to maintain clean appearances with continued maintenance and landscaping. The apartment does provide recycling, and has easy access to the trash and recycling deposits in which you can drive your car up to it, drop off, and leave with ease.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location is great, the maintenance is always fast and well-done, and the staff is super helpful. I had a catastrophe my first night here in which my toilet was leaking and I ended up using every towel I brought to dry it up, and when management found out, they gave me a gift basket with laundry supplies, a laundry card, and a few new towels. Seriously amazing place to live.

Very nice apartment complex, quiet, wooded area with dog park, pool, and onsite gym. Apartment was fully renovated upon move-in with new appliances and new flooring. Very spacious one bedroom with large windows in every room. Only downside is no ceiling fans, no microwave, and no washer/dryer hook-ups. Laundry facility in every building but you have to load a laundry card with $5, $10, or $20 dollar bills. Trash compactor is near the office so you will have to walk or drive your trash over there when you need to throw it away. Overall would recommend this apartment complex.
