Old Baldwin piano factory they turned into apartments. Loft feel w/ incredible amount of natural light from the 12 foot windows. Dog friendly! Perfect location to downtown and Eden Park.

Super lovely and energetic environment! Clean, safe and plenty of pets to love on. Staff is so helpful and fun. My view of the steps to Cincinnati is ever changing and so so special . Location can’t be beat !

I had a great moving experience. Management is so kind and helpful. They've always answered my questions promptly -- before, during, and after my move. Beautiful clean apartments, wonderful location, optional garage parking and storage, security, a freight elevator, AND free Starbucks coffee/chai lattes. Extremely grateful to call the Baldwin my new home!
