I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management and maintenance is a JOKE!! My patio door was shattered in JUNE by the lawn crew and has not been fixed!!! Nicole in management will not respond to my emails and no one answers the phone!! Thank god my patio door was double paneled. I have not been able to use my patio all summer!! I’ve had to pay for my OWN repairs and perform the repairs myself!! Neighbors always have music blasting and have no respect for their neighbors. Save your money and do not move here!! I WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANOTHER LEASE WITH THIS JOKE OF A PROPERTY!!!!

Runnnnn from this place!!!!! This is the worst of the worst!!!! Property is terrible!!!! Most of all the staff in the office is terrible….they never answer emails or phone calls. You go in side everyone is either missing or sitting talking. They act clueless. They run through maintenance like water!!!! The gates haven’t worked in years, the pools been down for years!!!! We’re paying to live in a gated community though…how that makes sense. Rent is ridiculous high for a property that looks like section 8. They need to do better! Appliances are old and outdated!!!! Do not move here……it’s not worth the money at all……

Almost 3 years in and we have mold from where the water line broke from the upstairs neighbors bathroom was leaking and still leaks plus it has been times where it rained heavy and I had to take off my shoes to walk through all the water that was up to my front door 🚪 already showed pictures to the office they know about everything I have pictures of the water damage and videos

This beautiful apartment complex has been on the up and up with the new management. They are attentive, caring, and professional. So happy to see the amazing progress, and lucky to live in this gorgeous and safe neighborhood. Keep it up!
