This is a safe, quiet, and beautiful townhouse community that is well-run and a joy to live in, especially since the remodeling of ALL the units (new appliances, flooring, sinks, etc.) Great community swimming pool! We have lived here almost 6 years. My work base is a half hour away but it is worth driving that far to continue living here.We have looked elsewhere but can't find anything that is quite comparable in value and cost. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I've been in 6 different apartments and VOC has been by far the most pleasant. It's only improved since I moved in 2 years ago. Nowhere else in Cincinnati will you find a complex surrounded by woods with the comfort that Anderson township provides. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff really cares about connecting with their residents.
