My home here has been burglarized on countless occasions, we’ve been victims of stray bullets coming into our apartment (which staff did nothing about), our heat was off for two months in the winter(when we told them in the summer it was broke), kitchen caught on fire (again maintence did nothing to help), maintenance orders are taking months to be fulfilled or not at all. The staff here are highly rude and only care about a paycheck, tenants are never in there best interest. Police often has to be stationed outside due to the staff always arguing with tenants or the tenants consistent drama with eachother. Your better off getting a card board box and moving next to a portable potty, as anything is better than living in chaos.

Yes they do. Only move there if you have to one year stay max until you find better, its getting better they want your money but fixing a problem is (turtle) slow.
