Do not move here, they will mislead you when showing you units and are awful with communication. There are water bugs and management seems nice but ultimately has no say what goes on they blindly follow what they are told and have zero concern or empathy for the people who live here. “Love the place you live” is not how they conduct business they only advertise that to get you into a lease.

They're extremely overpriced no one ever answers the phone but when you do get to speak with someone they are fairly nice the complex is really quiet really low key but once again it's definitely overpriced if you're considering living here parking for visitors kind of suck

As of SEPT, 2021 i have lived at colonial ridge for 15 months. I absolutely love this complex. The apartment manager Denise is truly amazing. Very responsive when emailing questions, very personable and really wants to build a relationship with those who live here. The location is great, central between all the major highways. Takes about 10ish minutes to get to any of them. Out of all the places I’ve lived (in and out of Cincinnati) this is by far my favorite. I enjoy my neighbors, i feel safe walking at night, and we even have a little bit of wildlife that comes to visit. Highly recommend!!

Moved to this neighborhood recently and have enjoyed my stay so far. Denise and Karen were flexible with my move-in and took great care to get everything ready. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. I had an issue with my unit upon move in, but the ladies went above and beyond in accommodating me and helping me figure out a solution to my problem. The maintenance people like Rob are friendly and competent. Just put a work order in for a few low priority items—so far in my experience maintenance has been timely. Grounds seem well kept. They have doggy poo stations scattered throughout that are regularly emptied, and the neighbors do their part in keeping the place clean and quiet. Assigned parking and a generous amount of visitor spots throughout the units are a plus. Pleasant Ridge is an up and coming place pretty central to Cincinnati. It feels safe here. There’s a school and a few churches nearby. The mix of people here seem like a good crowd. The units are a bit old but have been renovated and well-kept. The price (rent) is fantastic for what you get, in addition to heat and gas paid for. I just wish we had recycling (haven’t seen that outside—will probably stop by the office to ask soon because I forgot to earlier). All in all I’m pretty happy to call this place home and hope the rest of my stay here is just as great. I recommend checking it out for sure! Stop by and take a look if you’re apartment-hunting in the area.
