A good park stop with something for everyone. Medium size collection of playground equipment, some you need to watch the kids one, the slides are tall. Easily accessible bathrooms. Green space, shade and pathways. There is a decent beach area with crabs galore and a fishing pier you can also boat too. There is a paddle board rental onsite and an easy spot to launch your kayak from. In the summer there are fishing, kayak and paddleboars camps help here through the Palm Harbor CSA. Would love if the equipment was upgraded and the fireants controlled.

Great size playground for kids and nice pier to fish off of. It could probably use some more parking but other than that It's a wonderful park.

Easy in and out launch for non motorized water craft. Parking is not abundant but was sufficient. Bathrooms but no showers. Paddled the quiet waters about 3' deep. Saw starfish, stingray, dolphins, turtle and plenty of sea birds.

Great playground close to the water. Good selection of slides, swings, and playsets for little kids. They recently installed a really tall slide that is very poorly designed. Every parent lives in fear when their child sees it. Heads up- it can be hard to find parking on weekends, because of all the various activities going on there.

The park closes at sundown but I have seen many fisherman use the pier at night

Yes there is, but you must carry your kayak to the launch It isn't accessible by motor vehicles.

No, it is a water access for small boats , paddle boards, kayaks,with a fishing pier, and a kids play ground with a rest room, and near by covered picnic tables.
