Hack Job! I Will never hire this company again!! Trimmed 36ft palm hacked Sable palm broke crown charges me $175 and refused to take care of Palm that died 2 weeks after trimming. You would think they would offer to at least remove the tree they killed when made emailed complaint? Jeff Boen inspected said could have been virus from trimming equipment ?? However said nothing about hack job and crown hanging to the side?? . After the trimming everyone said what happened to your beautiful Palm? 4 palm branches on top the top of tree hacked bad and looks broken? You would have thought Boens trimmer would have faced up and told me when broke however they didn’t, looked like they placed ladder to high on palms crown and broke its neck.. palms turner brown in one week and now totally dead! Will coast thousands to remove and replace this once beautiful 36ft palm. Thanks Boen I will be placing a sign on tree for the next few months “Trimmed By Boens Tree Service” thanks for offering to take care of my once beautiful now dead palm! $175.00 to trim skirt and now thousands to cut down and replace. 36ft Palms aren’t cheap!! I’m is safety harbor Florida retired pro athlete.. I never complain however when ignored after complaint I had to share this review along with posting pictures on my FB fan page… I emailed complaint gave one week to respond and removed and got CRICKETS!! Wow. I can't say enough of this company. The level of professionalism is exceptional. I had the pleasure watching them almost the entire day, I felt like a kid watching the crane with a remote control. The employees can't speak enough of the company and the management. Top to bottom awesome company. Everything was hauled away and cleaned up, like the trees were never there.

I had Boen's Tree service come to my house to remove a large tree that had a crack and could have presented a risk to my roof. The tree was placed in a very tight space between the house, landscaping and a fence. I was amazed that the employees were able to remove the tree piece by piece without the aid of any mechanical equipment other than ropes and a chain saw. They precisely removed the tree. They had a very diverse staff who worked together as a team. All of the workers were very professional, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up and left my yard looking like no one had been there. Thank you for your great service!

I can't say enough about the crew that came out today to take down a huge oak tree between my house and my neighbor. We both agreed to have the tree come down. The crew was very professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. It was amazing to watch them tie it, cut it and lift the huge branches over the house.  Then cut and put it in the chipper.  Then cleaned up after the job was done.  I would recommend Boen's Tree Service for any tree job.
