Poor customer service. Fragmented communication. Out of sync with 'audio' company they 'recommend' and the companies do not communicate, nor speak highly of each other. Really odd. Within a matter of 10 min, new lithium battery started dying?? Also, cart was dropped off w/o a charger, nor communication/instructions how to charge; otherwise, they would have realized we did not have charger, nor knowledge of how to charge. Will not be doing business with Capital Gold Carts in the future.

Scott Rebecca and Eddie made my golf cart dreams come true. From the practical explanation of pros and cons of features to the delivery….and follow up service the next day each step has been amazing. Eddie specifically was amazing to come in record time to save me from my maiden voyage issues!!!! I feel like they are a true partner in my new electric lifestyle. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Last October walked into Palm Harbor store was there for 10 minutes, no contact. A guy outside pulled up and said go see Alex in Oldsmar, I did and thought he was knowledgeable and honest. Bought evolution cart from him before Holloween at the Largo store. Arrived at my home with scratches on front end and side. He said they would replace, 6 months later not fixed. Can't trust, I advise to go to another dealership. Alex never calls with updates, they get your money and then you are ignored .

DO NOT EVER Allow This company near your golf cart!!!! Long story short, they came to pick up our cart in March. Kept saying the part we needed was on back order. We were given an August date. Then kept being pushed back. Now in December we were told the guy that was previously working there told “everyone” they needed this same part (a wire harness) and was just sitting on these golf carts. They said they fixed our cart but it still isn’t running right. We told them to just bring it back to us. After being told everyday for over a week our cart would be here “today” they brought it back Only now the piece to cover ALL of the electrical is GONE!!! They made up an invoice and said No Charge. I would have much rather paid something and had my cart returned Whole!! And now when we call they don’t answer!! Liars and Thieves!!! Unbelievable!!!
