I made contact with Courtesy after an awful experience in Wesley Chapel. I purchased a Ridgeline Black Edition for nearly 12k less than what the other dealer was marking it up for. James the sales manager was pleasant, professional and fair. I wasn’t looking to steal the vehicle, just get numbers that made sense. We negotiated through text. Then I drove the hour there. I’ll be honest, I was expecting numbers to change, at least on my trade value. But no, they honored everything down to the penny. Zero changes. I met Fadi and James in person and this dealership was on point. Courtesy is not just their name. Offered beverages and snacks. The vehicle was ready when I arrived. Thanks for a great experience. This dealership runs just as smoothly as the Hondas they sell. Every person I interacted with was personable and professional. I stopped by on a whim to check out their inventory while on vacation in April, and ended up working with David Andreiw to get a black 2022 Civic si that was still in transit at the time of my visit. David was quick to demonstrate an expertise and love for cars, and a passion for helping people find the right car for them. He was always prompt in response to my texts and calls, even on his day off, to provide answers to my questions and make the whole process easy. I came all the way back down from Missouri to pick up it up a few weeks later at a price lower than any dealer in my area could offer. Not to mention the fact that the next new Civic si coming to my local Honda dealer wasn’t even scheduled to arrive for another 4 months!
