I am giving them 5 stars not because they fixed my computer but because they were honest and transparent about their limitations as to what they could do to remediate my juice infiltrated macbook pro and their ETA, and did not give me any hassle when I elected to go to the Apple corporate store downtown instead. If I had had the luxury of time I would have let them handle it.

Excellent Service! Had an incredibly frustrating and slow Laptop that is only a few years old, they took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to correct the issue. Replaced my hard drive & I Picked up my laptop within 48 hours and I couldn’t be any happier! It’s faster and more efficient now than when it was brand new. Incredibly professional service, would highly recommend

I bought a laptop that didn’t have all the parts working and returned it. I thought walking out of there with a purchase meant I would have a good working machine given it’s “certified”, but NO I totally didn’t have that confidence as a first time customer. Was told I could put down $20 to hold a laptop and it would go towards the cost of the laptop. I ended up buying another laptop, and they wouldn’t put the $20 towards that laptop because it only applied to the first laptop if I purchased the first laptop they put on hold. Yah I get it, I didn’t purchase the exact laptop I put on hold. But I am still making a purchase from your store and it would have been great to have the $20 put towards my purchase. I honestly felt hustled for $20. I was spoken to condescendingly, a lot of “I’m sorry you feel that way”, they were impatient with my questions, gaslighted me. If you look at their responses with other negative reviews, there’s a firm underlying tone of blaming the customer, that the customer is at fault. Just an observation. Because I felt hustled out of $20, ended up buying a laptop that didn’t fully function, and felt absolutely horrible about the experience, I went to Experimax Clearwater instead (separately owned). Had a FANTASTIC experience there. Bought a laptop, iPad, iPad case, got my iPhone screen fixed, and got a new battery. It’s a red flag when a business is so concerned about collecting $20 when you’re trying to spend $1000. 💯 *** I would like to edit and add that I was NOT told the $20 would be non-refundable until AFTER I decided to purchase the other laptop. I 100% stand by knowing what I was and was not told. I was told the $20 would be applied "to the laptop". At first the store wanted $160 to hold the computer. I could only do $20. I can't imagine finding out that the $160 would be non-refundable AFTER the fact if I didn't buy THAT specific computer. No specification was made about which laptop the $20 applied to until I decided not to purchase the one I put the hold, to purchase another. That was when I first became upset. Being held accountable for something I wasn't told about in the first place until after the fact. Then buying a laptop that wasn't fully functioning, I was just done after that. Yes, it's true the incident happened a while ago. It was such a horrible, upsetting experience, I should have written the review back then. What's disappointing is, you still insist you told me it was non-refundable when clearly you did not. Because I wouldn't even have put anything down if you did. I know myself well to know my decision making process. And thank goodness I didn't put the $160 you originally wanted because that would have been gone too and I would have found out after the fact of buying another computer from you. In my opinion I feel there is a pattern of telling (or not telling) customers something then switching what was told (or not told). I have experienced this first hand, and I do believe another customer mentioned being told something different in their review as well. All the best to everyone. Thank you for the response.

We had an old computer tower which was sitting in our garage and the newer but dead desk top ,all in one computer needed to be put away. We took them to to East Lake Store and they took the Hard Drives out from both devices and offered to destroy them for us. They were not just being so pleasant but very kind and put the devices into our trunk and ready for us to take to Disposal Site in Clear Water. They took time and find out when the next free Pinellas County pick up day near by. They hardly charged us for the fee for their time and the labor. Very nice and clean environment inside and wonderful people who work there. They are very professionals. The only thing is missing the POP UP STORE SIGN and easily missed from public which people may not even know that there is such a wonderful Electronic Service store exist at East Lake. Your service was much appreciated. Thank you!
