We would give more stars if possible! We highly recommend Enterprise Consultants Group, Shaun Bull and their staff. We appreciated their professional and courteous attention. They were always available to answer questions. They were successful in resolving our IRS problems!

They are fantastic. Anna did a wonderful job helping me get a resolution. She walked me through each process step by step, making sure I fully understood everything. She wasn't afraid of the IRS and wouldn't let them take advantage of me. So glad I chose Enterprise Consultants Group. I would of been lost without them.

If I could give this firm a -5 stars I would. I paid them $3000 to settle a trumped up sales tax dispute with the state of Michigan well over a year ago. They said it could take a while so I didn't think anything of it until I got a call from one of the attorneys saying the person assigned to my case left the firm and they dropped the ball on my case and didn't even know about it until they got another letter from Michigan. Had to sign another POA and then never heard from this guy again. Now I started to receive calls and letters from Michigan again. They said no one has been in touch from Enterprise and they won't answer the phone or letters. I have tried to call and leave messages multiple times in the last 2 weeks with no response. At this point, this company has stolen my $3000 as they have produced 0 results and apparently haven't even tried. Stay away from this firm. Now I have to hire another company and probably a lawyer to sue this one to get my money back. meanwhile, It has been over a year since I originally hired them and interest and fines have been accruing since they stopped communicating with Michigan. Who is going to pay for that? This is the worst experience I have ever had with any type of legal representation. This place was supposed to be able to save me lot of money but now I owe 30% more than I did when I hied them plus lost the $3K

Anna Phan makes the IRS problem so much easy to swallow. She is friendly, great to talk to, easy to understand, honest and of all compassionate. ECG is lucky to have her represent the company. She is awesome!
