Do not sell your car here! Period. They told me it will only take 5 to 7 days for my check to be ready and its 14th day now. I spoke with Melanie twice and the first time she said she will call me but nope, no follow up so i called back and the same excuse. Business office is close and no way for her to follow up on my check. Lol. She should have follow up on the days she did not give me an update. Dmv already sent me confirmation of the transfer. Please just go to carmax or autonation so your money wont be held hostage. I should have trusted my guts.

I recently purchased a car through Toyota of Hollywood and was taking care by a gentlemen named Ellis. I had been looking for a car for quite some time, and was hoping to find something close to my budget. Most dealerships were trying to up sale the cars they had (both new and used). Thankfully when I called in and spoke to Ellis, not only was he trying really hard to help me out through this journey, but was paying close attention to my needs and really worked with me to get a great car and a wonderful deal that I couldn't pass when comparing to other dealerships who were trying to sell me the basic version of the car I purchased from them. Ellis was extremely profession and and down to earth. He went so much out of his way to help me out, that he decided to stay an extra 2:30hr after closing time to wait for me in order to get the car, not to mention doing all the E-signatures to speed top the process. I would highly recommend this place and definitely speak to Ellis, he in a wonderful sales person to work with and really tries to help you the best he can. He is by far the best service I have ever received while perching a car, or probably in general. GREAT JOB ELLIS :)

Update: I was finally able to reach Steve the service manager and he was very helpful and got my car scheduled. I really don't think it should be so difficult to try to get an appointment for a recall notice I received and they should have been able to do the service the first time I brought my car in. They had plenty of time to get the part in. Service department is horrible. I made an appointment 2 weeks out to get a recall item on my car fixed. I also said I wanted an oil change too. The oil change was $200 and they wanted to do another $3000 in repairs to my car which I said no thank you. They didn't have the part for the recall and told me to bring my car back in a few weeks when they would have the part. I have been calling and calling but no one is willing to help because it's a recall item and they won't make any money off of me so they are ignoring me. Horrible customer service. I am in the market for a new car but I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership.

Toyota care I think it's called got discontinued. It used to be convenient to drop my car off for service when it was x amount for 2 years of coverage but now it's $200 bucks for a quick oil change... every single time. They also check to see if anything is wrong but to fix any issue its gonna cost an arm and a leg. Every little thing is overpriced to the point where buying a new car is almost preferable. I think that's what they want as well since they asked me to get the car appraised. Suffice to say I won't be going back until it's convenient again to do so.

Hollywood Toyota has a wonderful service department the service manager is probably the best service manager you will ever find any where If you buy a car there be sure to get all the things you asked for in writing From the salesman he will say anything you want to hear however if it's not in writing it doesn't exist
Same cars, mostly the time has different options and packages. Some could be, leather interior or sun roof
Lamentable is the decision you want to make I buy a car and I regret that every month I paid almost 200 interest only saves money for 8 months as an account that is a payment of more car insurance as 200 full cover save 700 per month and 8 months you buy a very good car do not make a bad decision that will affect your pocket for 70 months
I think the dealer would be able to answer that more succinctly. Give them a call and see. They are most accommodating.

You can call service dept and ask them if they will do it for you. They try to be real nice there to me. Don't know about that kind of question as far as charging or not. Good luck.
