Had to bring my car in 4 times in order to get anyone to service anything. My rep was very sweet and helpful ONLY if we were face to face, otherwise non-responsive and took a very long time to get my car back to me each time I brought it in. I’m pretty sure my car was just sitting in their service area for a few days the first 3 times I brought it in. The fourth time I brought my car in, they replaced my rearview camera, but I don’t even think that was the issue. Almost anyone could’ve identified the issue as an electrical problem. They charged $150 for the camera and $500+ for labor.

Everyone was very approachable and professional. I scheduled my truck for an oil change at Nissan of Van Nuys although I purchased my truck at another Nissan location. I was pleased at the level of service I was given! My truck was taken care of in a timely manner AND delivered back clean! I was offered a ride while I waited, or welcomed to wait in their customer waiting areas. Those were all things I was not offered at my home dealership, so I absolutely will be returning to Nissan of Van Nuys for future care of my vehicle!

Quick to try and tell you what’s not covered under your warranty before checking and you always , and I mean always, have to “Come back “ to have your car serviced. Won’t be coming here for anything more than an oil change in the future. Last time I came they said they fixed my issue and the resolve lasted all of but a day!

It has been an amazing experience since day one when I purchased my vehicle. Each and everyone that I've been in contact with at the Dealership had been at a very professional level. Treating me as an important customer and answering all my questions etc. From sales , finances vehicle service etc. Everything has been excellent. I'm so glad that I'm good hands at Nissan Van Nuys.
