One Million Collision
I spoke with Oscar in whole sale parts, he up-charged and when I caught it he gave a lame excuse as to a first time buyer policy. I asked for the part to be put on will call, he said he would not. I then asked if it needed to be pre-paid. He said he's not a cashier. I need this part to finish a job. I don't care to hassle with anyone. Had someone at our facility behaved this way he would be out. Times are hard and LA people depend on their cars for everything. We pride ourselves on customer service... to bad Honda Hollywood doesn't. Lester I hope you address this issue with Oscar.

I went to service my 2021 Honda CR-V on May 11 they gave me paper work that oil, oil filter was changed and tires rotation. Little did they know that I had accidentally scratched one of my rims and when I picked it up I noticed the tires were not even touched they lie on my paper work the question is how can I trust them again how do I know if they did the oil and filter change if the said the rotated my tires and they never even touched them. Service advisor was really helpful technician Porfirio Ortiz said he rotated my tires and never did.

DO NOT go to this Honda dealership! I have been working with Honda for 7 years and I never had a bad experience until I went to Honda of Hollywood!! I would never work with this dealership ever again! I went there this past weekend to trade in my car and get a new lease. I told the sales associate that I wanted something with the same monthly payments as I have been paying currently, and he assured me that it would be no problem and that they would have suitable options for me with that same price. After reassuring me multiple times that my payments would not be higher they ran my credit WITHOUT my authorization and gave me a price of DOUBLE my currently monthly payment!! I was thoroughly displeased that the sales associate not only LIED to me about the pricing, but then went ahead to run my credit without my authorization! And on top of all that they even wanted to charge me for 2 years maintenance…!! I am extremely displeased with my experience and have never experienced such LIES & DECEIT from Honda. Steer clear of Honda of Hollywood and take your business elsewhere!!

I went to purchase battery for my key, the person who help me was so rude, after changing the battery he said that key was not working maybe the chips was damaged. I asked him to remove the battery and put it to my second key to check if it will work, he said he had another customer and he was only doing me a favor, he told me to go to service department, I said I am also a customer and I’m buying another battery for the second key and I insist to have him put the second battery I purchased to the second key and it works. When I went home out of curiosity I opened the first key and checked to find out that the battery was not installed properly that’s why it’s not working. As to the representative who help me and told me the key was damaged, I bought a second battery or I might have buy a key which will cost me few hundred dollars for unnecessary (might be marketing strategy?). I questioned the Trust and Credibility of the service.
