Filled out pre approval online stating we approve everyone if we don't we pay u 500. No one ever contacted me. Then it said if u have 1000 we will help u even with repossession. I went to the lot and a female sales person said nope u have to have 25% of the car value down to apply. They wasted my time showing and lied on their website. Biggest scam place ever!!!

I have to say after going to many car dealers these last week of 9 of them it was so frustrating. I never gave up and that the thing in me. I called CP Auto and asked me to come down, and the guy Elwin was the most wonderful guy with laughter to make me feel that they can help me with a loan. He made it happen with me establishing credit and working. I have never been so happy with a great car riding home fully loaded and comfy. Elwin is the guy you want to go to because he made me feel like part of a family and making sure everything is smooth. Thanks love!! Great customer service. Debbie, was very helpful and knowledgeable of what i was looking for and could afford. With only 2000.00 for down payment I was in a bind between 3 options. Debbie not only showed me the carfax and auto check on each vehicle but also showed me a 70 point inspection done on all 3 vehicles. I was very impressed. After going through the paperwork i narrowed my choice down to 2 options. Both with stunning low mileage for the year manufactured, I was offered to test drive and to have my mechanic do an inspection of the vehicle. I have to say that is a lot to say about this dealership not selling lemons. I made my choice and do not regret it anything at all. Debbie also offered a warranty service that is 3rd party which covered my vehicles engine and transmission. Great! So far no problems and would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I'm am so happy with my car! Thank you.
