SCAM ALERT!! I placed an order and was offered a discount if I ordered more than 3 bottles. I did that but did not receive the promotional price. Instead, I was charged the regular price and was charged close to $800. I have called several times but cannot get a respectable agent. Today, I was told there wasn't any record of me ever calling. The Discount Code Coupons that I received in a text and/or online were not applied. Then, I was charged 2 to 3 times for the same order.. $117, $117, $117..!! This happened several times! $124, $124, $124.. Then an agent had the nerve to tell me that I kept going to the Beverly Hills MD website to place these orders amounting to me placing 12 orders in one day. That's Ludacris! Also, my bank statement showed I was even charged when I put something in my shopping cart. Before I even checked out!! Then it was reversed immediately after..?? I have been SCAMMED and have been denied a credit. PEOPLE!! CHECK YOUR ORDERS! If it happened to me, then it's happening to others!

Scam. Purchased their dermal repair supplements, got slimy vibes as I was checking out but went for it anyway. I was immediately sent two different order confirmations, overcharged and charged for two different amounts which according to other reviews has been on ongoing tactic for them as well as continually charging your credit card randomly. I spoke with a customer service rep and she said I’ll be refunded - I’ll update my review in a few days based on if I actually receive my refund or not. Already reported to my credit card company.

I have been using the Crepe reducer for a few weeks now and it has helped so much. I use it on my face, neck, arms, legs and hands. A coworker said that I was looking great and younger and that my skin is now glowing. I brought in one of my jars that I hadn't opened and she has used it for a couple days and says that she also loves it. I wouldn't be surprised if she contacts Beverly Hills MD to start ordering her own stash. Love the product. I can really tell the difference. My hands don't look like they belong to a ninety year old woman when I'm only 64. Great product!

They think $$$ ...Not about actually helping people feel better about themselves, they feel youll pay if you can afford to look younger, if not well, stay wrinkled, though the lord gave them the gift, to help others...Ive worked hard all my life since 8 years old, I took care of 3 younger brothers...to this day, I still work paycheck to paycheck, hands,very wrinkled from my life...face, eyes, same...I feel make lots more product that is affordable to all, make just as much money while helping millions feel better about themselves...That would be a win-win for all....

I have used many of their products. Some I like, others not. I have very sensitive skin. No problem like you mentioned. Anytime that I try one of the new products I only order one. I recommend that you send an email to them and ask directly.
I receive my orders 3-7 business days after ordering. If concerned call their customer service.
