I am a long time Tiffany Beverly Hills customer. I believe in being kind, respectful and fair. This review has been on my mind for a while and am sad to write it. I hope that management reads and makes some very necessary changes. On May 28th, my boyfriend and I decided to go ring shopping. First we went to Harry Winston (where we had an appt.) We spent hours there and decided on a wedding band. We were treated exactly as one would hope for. Can speak highly enough about that experience. Then we went to Cartier, again another lovely experience, sadly but nothing caught our eye. Lastly, we went to Tiffany to hopefully find an engagement ring to match the band we just purchased at Harry Winston. Going to Tiffany was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. When we arrived we were greeted by unprofessionally by someone on the first floor. As we made our way upstairs, my boyfriend pointed to a piece of trash on the carpet as to cur me not step on it. When we went upstairs, we were introduced to a salesperson who's name I believe was (Lana?). Since she didn't give me a card (unlike the other stores), I don't know for sure. "Lana" was cold and unwelcoming. It felt like she was annoyed simply by our presence. I asked her some water. She scoffed and asked "sparkling or flat?" I said never mind, hoping she would get the hint that she was rude...she didn't. I then politely asked (if while we were shopping), if they could clean my (Tiffany) earrings and bracelet. This is a common service they provide to customers. Usually they ask my name, but she didn't. She gave me another sigh and took my pieces to be cleaned. When she came back, she stood there and asked little to no questions. She kept saying, "this is all we have'". When I asked if we could look at some pieces in the back room, she said "go ahead". I wasn't asking to go by myself. I was asking her, the salesperson to escort us into a room and bring us choices that we could see. This is what you do when customers are purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry. We left after 15 minutes. Unfortunately we did not feel safe, comfortable or valued. After the rude and unprofessional service we received, we will not be purchasing our ring from this store.

The best experience. I’m in love with my ring.

Went to Beverly Hills for picking an engagement ring. Tiffany has the worst service, salesman John’s attitude is like you don’t know this, you can’t tell the difference between these 2 stones. And he always says No, we don’t have more style; No, we only have standard 6. I mean we understand what you’re saying even you have a softer tone. Why are your customers paying to be treated like this. Not gonna buy from them
