Never answer the phone no one replies back to your emails and when they do they give you attitude, doesn’t matter how nice you are, even if you return the documents quickly and you have paid invoices they send you a copy of your permit a week later.

I was here on 3/1/2021 and turns out they are only open for plan check no later than 11:30am. Hope they are only getting paid for half a day's work given their limited service hours.

By far worst they never answer phone they dont want to do there job only thing i can say is front lady is polite. They are really bad at communicating things and real good at harassing. They will come one day say to fix something and then come again after fixing the things u were told to do then make u do other fixes. Love wasting your time.

How can you request inspection if no one ever answer the phone?? Also, lady with desk close to restroom is so annoying. While a lot of people are waiting for permits she is taking her time having snacks, answering personal calls and just killing time. She kept trying to have conversations with other employees but all of them were really trying to work so no one was paying attention to her but she kept talking LOUD. Took us more than 45 minutes to get a permit because she was “busy”.

The meter will have to be completed by an electrician. They will have to pull the electrical permit for that

You must measure the sq. Footage to see if you can pur a legal dwelling up. An architect an eng. Hiring licensed trades negotiating price . I recconend a real estate lawyer for contracts. Of course the bank.
