This company is a straight up fraud. Bought the car in March within 10 days my car broke down. Luckily I bought extended warranty. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I have my car service for major issues twice and now this is the 3rd time and it’s just the beginning of may. Please do not purchase them. FRAUDDDDD !!! High price cars found in the junk yard. Also, I had an oil change 2 weeks ago and now that’s it’s over heating saying I need another oil change. Smh. I will find a way to return this car and get something better

I consolidated from 2 vehicles to 1. Carvana gave me the best price to purchase my 1 owner, 2018 Nissan Armada 4x4 SV with drive pkg and appearance pkg. Just over 13k miles. Someone will get a great vehicle when it's sold. I gave 4 stars because there's too much automation with the texts. Send this, send this, resend this, resend that. Otherwise, everything else was smooth and they even called to see if I was available for them to pickup a few hours earlier than scheduled. Ok, no problem. It was a Saturday. I turned in my tag and that's it. Person who picked up my Armada was very pleasant and personable.

The only reason this Carvana is getting any stars is because of their employees. They were nice. BUT literally everything is wrong with my car. I drove hours to pick up there car only for them to not have cleaned it at all. So dirty inside and out. The seats and carpets absolutely dirty with stains. Not to mention they made me wait an hour so they can ‘clean’ my car because THEY FORGOT. Still looked dirty. Had no new car smell. THE HEAT IN THE CAR WAS BROKEN AND THEY DIDN'T TELL US!!! WE FROZE ALL THE WAY HOME. The DVD players in the car didn’t work. Air bags have been recalled. My driver side seatbelt is defective! My driver side door handle is defective. The passenger side door panel is falling off. Oh, and to top it off… it wasn’t in the ‘car vending machine’ which I was not told! My kids were super bummed. So we wasted over 3 hours for the experience only to find out it was parked in their parking lot. Carvana may seem easy but it’s far from it. Just go to a dealership that knows what they’re doing and actually check and clean your car. What a disappointment. Oh, and to top it off I just got a letter in the mail to pay for my license, title and registration through the state. Carvana only covered my license plate for one month!!!!

The most stressful car buying process!!!!!!!Literally just better off going to a dealership! If you want to wait a whole month to even see the car in person pick this place. And Have to keep calling your insurance company to change the dates on the policy because they need proof of insurance before you pick it up. Ended up canceling my order because I wasted two weeks! I couldn’t get the first car I picked because it had too much damage they couldn’t sell it. They told me literally the day before I was supposed to pick it up. Then they delayed the second car expect me to waste another two I haven’t even seen or test drove anything. I’m not waiting a month to do the bear minimum.
