First time here and staff was friendly. Lidia at the front was helpful and patient with having to set up my chart with a time crunch. The dentist was friendly and clear in what my next steps were. I did have to wait a while since I was a new patient and got x-rays but there wasn’t time for a cleaning.

Everybody said that the Western Dental on 5200 Stockton Boulevard is the best one out of all the franchise I went to the one on in Elk Grove and they didn't even tell me that the office was closed and they never called me back but I went to this one and a nice lady by the name of Sandra gave me some really good advice on how to get my dental work done and she helped me a great deal awesome place I found my dentist for life

Their staff is rude, they set your payment plan where they want it too be. When you wanna get your payment lower they lie and say they will help you they don't. Then they charge you $20 for late fee. They don't care if you have other bills you obligated too pay them. They cold hearted. And the wait time is 2-2.5 hrs long. Sad place....
I have not experienced this. Maybe there was some sort of emergency or someone’s treatment took longer than expected?

I think the prices are moderate. but pack your patience because they do not answer their phones you have to do everything by the way of email I'm very disappointed in how they handle my dental situation
Personally, I am in a wheelchair and did fine, though I don't think they make any particular special allowances and I am able to get into the dental chair. They were able to x-ray me in my chair, which you normally need to stand for.
When you call the phone number answer the prompt that you want to "change or confirm your existing appointment." That's when they'll answer at the location.
Don't know the fax number. Have phone numbers, but depending on what location you're wanting to go to.
