At first I was unsure of going since no one was answering phone. After the 3rd try and waiting about 3 minutes got a answer. After meeting up with Sales associate Dwayne Chew he was awesome. He had knowledge of the Bolt and was able to make feel comfortable with any questions or concerns I had. After test driving and working a deal I ended up with my new Bolt EUV staff was very friendly and good people to talk too

If I could give this review more stars I definitely would, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I just want to thank everyone at Felix Chevrolet especially Michael Ildefonso and Arturo Topete for being very very helpful and nice to me. The moment I got there, Michael started moving very quickly he didn’t care about the rain, he kept on going outside to show me vehicles and was very good at explaining everything to me. He was also super nice and patient, he made sure I was happy with what I was taking home and I will definitely go back with my family in the future for another purchase. I love the Silverado I took home and all the staff there was super friendly!!!

Not sure what you mean by recieved the letter. If you mean the part was defective and Chevy sent you a letter to bring the car in then yes they will replace it at no charge to you.

Warranty can be covered at any Certified Mecchanic branded by GMC. Unless its extended warranty. GMC covers all original warranty on any certified dealer.
