Beautiful apartments. The location is perfect and amenities are incredible. Great pool and courtyard. They host a lot of fun community events like trivia night and threw a block party with free food and local breweries were there. Great for meeting new people. Very clean and secure parking garage which is great in the winter time, although guests have trouble finding parking spots on the street. The mail room is also very secure so no worries about packages being stolen. I did have a few issues initially but they were taken care of eventually. The floor choice and installation makes it very easy to hear noise from those above or below you. I never heard a sound from neighbors next to me. I lived on the 3rd floor with someone above me who was a very heavy walker and would rattle my dishes and light fixtures. I was given the opportunity to transfer to a top floor apartment and unfortunately had very noisy neighbors below that partied sometimes until 5am. Once they moved out, my apartment was pretty quiet. It all depends on the courtesy of your neighbors in terms of excessive noise. Would love to give 5 stars but due to the flooring and parking difficulty for guests, I can only give 4. Still an awesome place to live and I'm even planning to move back :)

Wonderful complex and amenities! One of the staff members, Angie Ball, helped us find the perfect apartment and I have nothing but great things to say about her! She was extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with along the way. Highly recommend this place and the staff!

This is an amazing place to live. It's not only beautifully well kept but the atmosphere is so friendly and loving. The apartments are so spacious and gorgeous as well. The staff in the office treat you like family because that's what you are once you live here I recommend no other place to live then here

I’ve been living here for 6 months now and I absolutely love it!! My apartment was super clean when I moved in and it’s so quiet. I hardly ever hear noise from other apartments. Maintenance is very quick to respond and always takes care of any issues. They also do a wonderful job of keeping the public spaces and the landscaping well done. Everything is always super clean and looks great! The location is also amazing - it’s super close to everything and has lots of shopping areas / restaurants close by! They also host little events and workout classes for their residents for free which I really enjoy. My only area of improvement is that it can be hard to reach someone in the office. I often have to call 3 or 4 times throughout the day which can get a little bit frustrating but I’ve never needed anything urgent and I know they’re busy. You can also send your questions to the office through their app and they usually respond within 24 hours so that’s a nice option as well. But overall I really enjoy living here - it’s definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at!!!
