After assessing this gym all I have to say is this: this gym caters to literally everyone. Powerlifter? There are bumper plates, multiple bars with different weights/knurls, and an area to go bananas on the deadlift. Cardio? Row machines, stair masters, treadmills. Classes? Dancing, circuits, saline boxing bags and spinning bikes and awesome instructors. Bodybuilding? The equipment is there. Dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, hip thrusters. I have literally never seen a gym as well-equipped to handle the general populace as this one. The only thing missing is a pool but after seeing my local LA Fitness' lack of people in the pool, I don't think this is a deal breaker. The staff is friendly, the owner is hands-on and awesome to talk to. It's clean and yet has a "homely" feel to it. Highly recommend this place for anyone serious about their fitness goals.

MPower is a great gym! You can tell you are in a great place when you see the same people/members every day! Today I spoke with a friend/member in the gym and for the last ten years we have been at MPower! The gym, members and trainers are excellent and they stay the course! The gym has great aerobics and self defense classes. There is always a parking place outside and it’s right next door to Publix! I would highly recommend this gym!
