This is the window I’ve been waiting to get fixed for the last 4 months. It was a storm today and I come home and the window pushed the window out the seal. Now my blinds are raggedy and completely messed up. I wrote this review 4 months ago I tried writing a new one I guess it won’t let me. My dish washer or sink still has not been fixed and I wrote this 4 months ago. I have 2 toddlers and to burgundy court it’s not an emergency that the ac doesn’t work. They just had ppl come out 2 weeks ago to work on a family ac unit knowing everybody’s ac didn’t work. This place is a cat fish it looks nice like somewhere you would want to be but once your in it’s like they stop caring about you as a tenant as long as they get rent they are fine. They knew the pool needed Maintance long before it’s opening and nothing is being done about it 4 months later I STILL DO NOT RECOMMEND BURGUNDY COURT AT ALL! This is the worst place I have lived. I came from Mt. Airy ShadyMist thinking it would be better moving here it has been bad experience after bad experience. I drove home from work Wednesday made it here around4:30 pm went out to go to work Thursday around 3:30 and my car was gone. I didn’t find out until 1pm that Thursday that Burgundy court had towed my car with no heads up saying my tire was flat. No singles in my car popped up I had no idea my tire was flat or if it was even true they came in the middle of the evening no warmer no nothing and just towed my car. I would rather have stayed in the hood then to be at burgundy court I can not wait until my lease is up. Next time I will look further into where I am moving too! If I could I would give this place NO STARS. My electric has not properly worked right since I been here which was mid November! My dish washer stopped working last month and no one has fixed a single thing! And I’m sitting up here paying these ppl 1,000 in rent for something that is not worth it! Never again I do not recommend burgundy court

I would like to shout out Aaliyah in the Burgandy Court office as she had been WONDERFUL!! Very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been at Burgandy court for almost 5 years now coming from Lima, Ohio, and this experience has not been pleasant outside of this young lady who really needs to be fast tracked to management!! She was available, attentive and didn’t make me feel like I was disturbing her. I was super impressed with her knowledge of processes as everyone else in the past seemed to just give you the run around or made you feel like you were disturbing them. I’ve seen several people in her position in my time at Burgandy Court who have been less than pleasant and most certainly not professional and she by far surpasses all that I’ve seen. As a professional myself, it’s important to give people the treatment you would expect for yourself and she definitely has done this. This 5 star is SOLEY for Aaliyah!! Kudos to you and I wish the best in your professional journey as you are deserving queen!!

Well, first impression has not been great since getting keys on Thursday. From the beginning we were told the wrong move in date. I’m glad I called to verify everything. Mistakes happen. It’s okay. The day we get the keys, we were told 330-4. It was 530 by the time we got the keys. We go in and the air conditioner was not working. We told them they said they would move it the the beginning of the maintenance request since we’re a move in. Well, still has yet to be fixed. It got 85+ over the weekend. We had to breakdown and by a window ac unit because it was so hot and we have a dog. The apartment was NOT clean when we got the keys. Cabinets covered in a film of dirt in the bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen counter tops film of dirt along with kitchen floors being sticky. Master bedroom has red stain on carpet but yet the spare bedroom was replaced (part of the reason we were late getting keys).They keep the grounds of the apartment clean and nice but I wish they had that same care for the inside of the apartments. I hope our experience improves but as of right now it’s not great… Edit: I spoke with the manager today after work with some of my concerns. The manager just received this property about a week ago. She is very nice and it trying very hard to work on improving things. She is very understanding and easy to get along with. Regarding the AC it was fixed today and the apartment complex has almost 35 units that are having issues that they are trying to get to as soon as possible. Speaking to the manager today really helped the situation. She is extremely nice and I hope she sticks around!

Been a tenant for almost year and I’m loving it. They constantly have free events for us residents and really makes sure to address any issues. Great property manager Meeka and an overall great community. Looking forward to many years here.
