As someone who currently lives in this apartments I’m so disappointed in my experience I moved into this apartments because I had to not because I wanted to I just read a post from 2 years complaining about the same things such as rats & roaches infesting the apartments at this point I don’t think it’s anything they can do to fix that problem smh then one of the women ( I don’t remember her name) had the nerve to tell me I problem brought them with me & I honestly believe she know this place had a rat & roach problem I NEVER leave reviews on places but this was necessary I’ve already typed a lot but my message I’m trying to get across is DO NOT move here if can help if you don’t care about living with rats & roaches be my guest the only good part about this place is the ladies in the office they are nice & friendly but that’s it I’m just so disappointed in this place

Always problems with mice,gas leaks. Pettie about little thing's. Charge's for thing's not on lease . Clean neighborhood. Plenty of parking spaces.

I just moved in and love my apartment. Kayla and Tracy worked with me for several weeks before the actual move. The apartment is super clean with up to date vinyl windows. The complex is quiet. Completely surrounded by tall trees. I saw a mother deer and her fawn on move in day. I am very excited to be here and anyone I have encountered has been very pleasant. Looking forward to making this my home!

I am so impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Kayla was very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time answering my questions and made me feel feel very comfortable. Her boss Tracy came out and introduced herself and welcomed me and let me know if I had any questions to feel free to call. The apartment was in excellent condition, smelled good and was clean. Even the entrance was clean and smelled fabulous. The whole experience was exceptional!
