I love it here. Management is very nice and understanding. The remodeled apartments are beautiful and I love mine! I love the kitchen layout and how open it is. That is very hard to come by. My building is so quiet, no drama or fights anywhere. I felt like taking a few photos to get a better look from a tenant. It's so cozy and everyone keeps to themselves

Awful!!! For over 5 weeks asking to fix ceiling that leaked after rain, they done nothing and keep telling us “it will be next week.” Stay away!!!

I lived here for 5 years. My building was cozy and quiet. 2 of the 3 neighbors in my building were there w me the entire time. For what I paid, and the fact that they let me have my 65lb dog, I'd say it was a good value. Biggest downfalls, the apt looked like it was stuck in the 1980s, the maintenance man (Duane) acted like an ass most of the time, they switched mgrs at least 6 times while I lived there, and the pool was out of order for the majority of my last 2 summers. I liked the fact that I paid my rent on time and they left me alone. I work nights and I am not a people person. Overall, I do recommend for the value and location.
