I saw a lot of reviews about pests, but when I lived here in 2020 there weren’t any in my building. Like nothing… and I lived in the ground floor next to the dumpster! Well, there was ants for like a day when the weather started warming up, but I put bait down and never saw them again. The hallway had an odd odor, but the apartment didn’t, and it was clean enough and in good enough shape that I didn’t need to call maintenance while I was there. I know some people were saying that maintenance doesn’t give any warning, but it’s in the lease that they give 24 hours notice, and they did for me by taping a notice on my door the day before. And same with the pest control guy. There was a notice that he’d be there in a week and to be ready, and he came, sprayed with a pet and child safe pesticide that was very low odor (so low that I could barely smell it and I was pregnant at the time and suffering from horrible morning sickness) There were a lot of buildings that were boarded up and being renovated, so I think that might have been the landlord getting rid of infestations and updating the buildings. It certainly wasn’t paradise, but it was a good place to springboard off of, especially since it was the cheapest place that allowed pets. Overall not bad. Not anywhere near perfect, but not the hellscape everyone else is making it out to be.

Right before considering giving them a money order for the application and holding fees, I was told that I would NOT be able to view an apartment UNTIL I was "getting ready" to sing the lease.. SMH. Looks like a red flag here. I changed my mind after that!

New maintenance im loving them they get the job done prompt and right they are very busy but the are responsible on the time frame of showing up thanks for coming and taking care of my Bathroom so fast and acruit

Lived here for one year paid a big downpayment because of my credit they returned all $700 to me at the end. very understanding office staff happy to work with them . nice apartments nothing fancy but not bad. everytime i called for something to be fixed they would show up and help right away. had new ac installed even though the first hvac system worked well I got a even better one. the area is not westerville but it also doesn't feel unsafe pretty quiet actually and im used to living in dublin and polaris.
